Founder
BestGen Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as Best DG Distributors Sdn. Bhd., is a Malaysian telecommunications distribution and regional operations company headquartered in Butterworth, Penang. The company traces its business roots to 1998, when the late Mr. Low Han Pial began telecommunications operations as a Mutiara Telecom dealer in Butterworth. Through consistent sales performance, operational reliability, and long-term commitment to dealer support, the business was recognised as Penang’s first Digi Specialised Store in 2001. In 2005, the business was incorporated as Best DG Distributors Sdn. Bhd. and appointed as an official Digi distribution partner for the Upper Northern Region. Over the years, the company expanded its distribution and dealer support activities across Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Perak. In 2024, following CelcomDigi’s Cluster Development Partner model, the company was appointed to support the Northern Region and rebranded as BestGen Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd. to reflect its broader operational role and future direction. Today, BestGen continues to support regional telecommunications distribution, dealer network coordination, stock fulfilment, merchandising, field execution, manpower coordination, and business operations across Northern Malaysia.

Director / Human Resource & Operations
Low Jin Herng is a Director of BestGen Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd., supporting human resource coordination and operational management across the company’s regional telecommunications distribution activities. His role includes staff coordination, work scheduling, internal communication, administrative follow-up, and coordination with operations, warehouse, dispatch, merchandising, and field support teams across Penang, Kedah, Perlis and Perak. Through this role, he supports workforce coordination, dealer network support, stock fulfilment, and consistent regional execution across Northern Malaysia.
